Role Overview

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll contribute to our Strategic Business Unit (SBU) by developing and implementing data solutions for our evolving business ventures. This role involves close collaboration with BI and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and refine the data needs and infrastructure for business units within the early stages of their data journey.
  • Build and manage data mart tables using dbt, enabling detailed analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Create and maintain Looker dashboards to illustrate business operations and facilitate strategy optimization.
  • Ensure data integrity within built tools and prioritize stakeholder requests to maximize business impact.
  • Craft KPIS and generate reports to monitor and drive business performance.

What We Expect

  • Passion for mental health care innovation and alignment with Spring Health’s mission.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in data analysis, visualization, and dashboard creation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with ELT/ETL processes and tools like dbt.
  • Capability to translate stakeholder needs into effective data visualizations and reporting solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently.

Desirable Skills

Your expertise in managing cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and your persistent problem-solving approach are highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $159,100 - $194,150 along with benefits that include health insurance, equity, parental leave, and more. We also provide unique perks like paid sabbatical leave and professional development funds to support your growth and well-being.
