Role Summary

As a key member of the Data Monitoring and Management (DMM) group within Pfizer's Global Biometrics and Data Management (GBDM) organization, the Data Manager is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of clinical data across our diverse portfolio. This role is essential in managing the complete data lifecycle from collection and monitoring to validation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in comprehensive DMM activities, including meticulous data review and efficient query management.
• Collaborate in the creation of high-quality databases by contributing to database design, testing, validation, and implementation using various clinical data collection tools, including electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Support the Senior Data Manager or Clinical Data Scientist in setting up and maintaining databases relevant to your projects.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable SOPs and standards throughout data management processes.
• Maintain the highest standards of data documentation within the Trial Master File (TMF) to support inspection readiness and successful submissions.
• Promote operational excellence by working alongside other Data Managers and Clinical Data Scientists. This includes applying standardized approaches to data acquisition, proactive data assessment, data cleaning, electronic data processing, as well as enhancing data access and visualization techniques.
• Contribute to DM metrics reporting, database finalizations, and submission-related efforts, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle of the clinical trial data.

This position is based on-premises, allowing you to engage directly with the team and resources at Pfizer.
