Role Overview

As a Senior Computational Biologist, you will engage in innovative projects that integrate AI/ML technologies to predict and enhance protein structures. What You Will Need

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• An MSc or PhD in Bioinformatics, Biophysics, Computer Science, or a related field, or possess equivalent industry experience.
• Expertise in AI/ML, particularly in deep learning, with a focus on protein structure prediction and design.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with protein modeling software including Rosetta, FoldX, or AlphaFold.
• A deep understanding of protein structures, functions, and interactions, along with their implications in drug discovery.
• The ability to independently manage projects as well as collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, complemented by a solid publication record or a portfolio of relevant projects.
