Your Role: Senior Consultant - Data & Process Analytics - Supply Chain

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead agile project teams, driving our customers’ digital transformation and expanding Celonis globally. You will identify our customers’ strategic priorities, develop data-driven process insights using SQL, and create complex data models to ensure customers receive maximum value. You will become an expert in various company processes such as Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, and Supply Chain Management. You will leverage the newest features and functionalities of Celonis software, including Process Analytics, Execution Apps, Process Automation, Real-Time Data Ingestion, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the implementation process, delivering high levels of service to ensure optimal customer solutions using Celonis technology.
• Transform customer data using SQL to create a data model for process analysis.
• Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enhanced with Machine Learning algorithms (Python) or Task Mining for transparent and automated processes.
• Analyse data to identify process inefficiencies and determine root causes, jointly suggesting solutions to overcome them.
• Quantify business and financial potential, presenting the most relevant KPIs to management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct value creation workshops and align measures for process improvement.
• Set the foundation for a successful long-term customer journey.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement/Excellence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) with a strong interest in Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
• Strong communication skills in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
• Highly dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive Celonis Process Mining and Execution technology forward.
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and a quick learner.
• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a related degree program.
