Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Consultant to join our dynamic digital advisory team. The successful candidate will utilize their scientific and sustainability expertise coupled with strong technical skills to develop high-quality, innovative solutions for a more sustainable future. Your role will involve bridging the gap between science and technology, turning complex sustainability challenges into actionable digital solutions using the Microsoft platform and low-code development tools.

Role Accountabilities

• 8-10 years of experience in sustainability consulting, environmental science, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Science, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven sustainability solutions.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong technical skills and experience with the Microsoft platform and low-code development tools (e.g., Power Apps, Azure).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and data visualization techniques.
• Deep understanding of sustainability principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
• Experience leading and managing technical teams is a bonus.
