Outcomes - Regularly analyze and develop business metrics dashboards. - Design, execute, and monitor experiments within an A/B testing framework. - Present clear and understandable reports on the results of your data analysis for all team members. Day to Day - Work with varied team members to understand and fulfill their data needs, helping them address vital questions. - Convert complex data into understandable conclusions for a business audience while suggesting possible actions and strategies. - Quantify and articulate the business impact of changes, improvements, and experiments. - Consistently discover insights through careful analysis of raw data, allowing the team to make informed decisions about product development. Requirements - Proficiency in Python. - Proficiency in MySQL. - Strong statistical and analytical background. - Experience in creating data reports for a non-technical audience.
