This hybrid position is based in NYC with a schedule that includes three office days per week.

What You'll Do

Data Analysis: Leverage large datasets to extract insights that influence strategic decisions.

Strategy Development: Play an active role in strategic planning with your data-driven insights.

Client Interaction: Use your analytical prowess to provide clients with compelling, data-driven recommendations.

Collaboration: Work alongside passionate cross-functional teams including data analysts, designers, and account strategists to foster the company’s growth.

Data Pipeline Management: Ensure robust, accurate reporting processes both domestically and internationally.

Email Expertise: Deepen your understanding of email user data, endorse best practices, and craft self-serve reports to maintain high data quality.

Mentorship: Guide junior analysts, enriching their skills with your knowledge and insights.

Required Skills and Experience

• E-commerce experience is essential.
• At least 4 years in roles demanding advanced analytics and intricate report generation.
• A minimum of 2 years in business or marketing analytics, preferably within email or digital marketing sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• A university degree in Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in coding and database management.
• Experience with tools like Tableau or Data Studio.
• Knowledge of Email Service Provider platforms and email campaign building.
• Familiarity with Python or R, and ability to construct predictive models using these languages.
