Job Description

We're seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst with a robust background in Product Analysis and Business Intelligence. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing data to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency within our Business Units. This full-time role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of revenue and client data to assess sales performance, customer segmentation, and identify revenue trends.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor and forecast revenue metrics.
  • Identify and implement strategies for revenue optimization and operational enhancement based on detailed data analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to aid strategic decision-making and foster continual improvement in revenue operations.
  • Work closely with our business intelligence team to assure high data quality and accessibility.
  • Analyze patient engagement patterns and participate in A/B testing for strategic adjustment.
  • Support the development of AI models and maintain data systems, including transitioning to Looker Studio.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics.
  • Proven proficiency in using analytical tools such as Tableau and Looker (Google Data Studio).
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a sharp, data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python; familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills with a knack for storytelling to present data insights.
