The Role: Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Analytics, Insights, & Measurement (AIM) team of our Go-To-Market department, you will have a pivotal role in providing analytic support and insights for a designated sub-vertical. Reporting to an AIM Director of Analytics, you'll use your technical expertise and client support experience in Insights, Retail, Restaurant, and/or CPG to own and drive technical support functions.

Location

This position can be remote within the United States. Candidates located near an office will have the added benefit of on-site collaboration, although it is not required.

Scope of Responsibilities

Analytic Data Proficiency & Storytelling

  • Leverage comprehensive knowledge of Fetch’s data to recommend appropriate analytical solutions and methodologies.
  • Efficiently manipulate data using SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau to ensure insightful, accurate analysis.
  • Craft compelling narratives and insights, translating complex analytic findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Influence & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with AIM counterparts to provide expert opinions on technical approaches and tool development.
  • Work cross-functionally to understand upstream changes and communicate impacts effectively to the AIM team.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster growth and development.

Building Solutions

  • Lead the technical design of sustainable analytics solutions for partners.

Problem Solving

  • Act as the lead investigator on issues affecting Analytics.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of professional experience with client support.
  • Proven experience leading and managing analytic engagements.
  • Expertise in SQL and DBT for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Skilled in data visualization and related tools.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities.
  • Experience representing analytics teams in cross-functional settings.

Bonus Points

  • Industry experience in Retail, Restaurant, or CPG Insights.
  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Airflow, etc.

Compensation

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages. The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000. Additionally, we provide equity options, enabling every employee to benefit from Fetch’s growth.
