As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining performance dashboards that provide actionable insights and drive business strategy. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will delve into complex data to solve business challenges and identify key opportunities for innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align data needs with business goals.
• Utilize advanced SQL techniques to manage complex datasets from various sources.
• Develop and manage advanced dashboards in Looker, focusing on critical KPIs to support business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and visualization, integrating best practices into our operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and retail data analysis.
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of Python is advantageous.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights.
