What You’ll Do

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing user experience.
• Collaborate with product teams to lead quantitative analysis, hypothesis testing, and drive experimentation efforts.
• Develop automated dashboards to enable stakeholders to monitor product health efficiently.
• Apply predictive modeling techniques like linear/logistic regressions and decision trees to forecast outcomes.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams to support key business decisions.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to spearhead initiatives aimed at business growth.
• Analyze data to determine root causes and propose actionable solutions for business queries.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Master’s Degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Data Science, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Azure Cloud Services is beneficial.
• Experience with programming in Python or R is preferred.
• Expertise in product/web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Skilled in using visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets and present them effectively.
• Eagerness to collaborate with a team to discover insights and drive business growth.
• Adept at handling large datasets with precision.
