Job Description
- Detailed-oriented
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects on schedule simultaneously
- Excellent business communication skills, both spoken and written, to internal and external clients
- Ability to operate independently in a high-paced setting
- Can identify discrepancies and/or errors within large data sets
- Client-facing, able to confidently present quality materials to senior client stakeholders
- Good grasp of data modelling and data management methods
- Verifies customer data by checking, correcting, consolidating data from multiple systems
- Maintains program standards, documentation for exceptions
- Cleans final data sets, constructs upload templates, loads data into VMS
- Executes quality control of team data
- Analyzes data for errors in large data sets, work to resolve data issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Attends and actively participates in all assigned project meetings, provides updates on project status in weekly client-facing calls
- Follows established project timeline and meets deadlines, escalates promptly if deadlines are at risk
- Entry level understanding of global requirements, and cultural norms
- Enforces program standards and documents exceptions, conducts workshops and documents outcomes
- Accountable for data quality, initiates processes that enhance efficiency, and support data governance
- Strives to maintain and update complex data management workbooks and tools
- Knowledgeable about VMS technology and its role in these systems
- Manages junior data analysts
- Trains, mentors, leads, and performs quality checks on junior team member’s work
Qualifications
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in data analysis
- Advanced skills in MS Excel – a basic understanding of formulas, pivot tables and MS Excel Functions
- Moderate Power BI skills, including dashboard creation to show progress to client stakeholders
- Experience with data management, data modeling, data analysis
- Experience in corporate environment including decision-making ability, organizational skills, flexibility and able to multitask
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous exposure to SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY
