We seek a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who thrives on interpreting metrics and unfolding the narratives behind them. Our openings span various teams—including grocery, loyalty, and restaurants—and levels of expertise, residing under our adept data science management.

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise in insights storytelling, adept communication, and visualization to drive actions influenced by metrics. You'll be at the helm of creating intelligent benchmarks, dissecting performance, prioritizing data quality, fostering automation, and crafting impactful visualizations and stories.

Responsibilities:

• Forge valuable business impacts by enhancing data availability, visualization, and analysis in collaboration with commercial stakeholders.
• Analyze trends and patterns in complex datasets to deliver strategic insights to executive level and senior management.
• Guide the business with data-driven insights, understanding key business drivers and advising on strategic levers.
• Specify necessary data requirements, ensuring integrity and alignment with business objectives in conjunction with Data Engineers.
• Share and standardize best analytical practices across diverse teams and geographies.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to diagnose issues, evaluate risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with database structures for comprehensive data extraction and analysis.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with a keen eye for compelling visualizations to communicate insights across all stakeholder levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/GSheets, including pivot tables and functions.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Periscope.
• Knowledge of an additional coding language such as Python or R.
