Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate Senior Data Analyst, Client Experience Insights to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role is based in Canada and offers a competitive salary range of $76,000 to $125,000, depending on experience and location, along with flexible benefits and opportunities for bonuses.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

• Support analytic work from requirements specification and data gathering to analysis and presentations to solve business challenges.
• Work as the primary analytics resource for our Marketing & Journey Analytics teams, delivering actionable insights that drive value and improve client experiences.
• Merge frontend survey and web analytics data with backend sales data to provide a comprehensive view of client journeys.
• Automatically handle recurring analytical tasks and find efficient workflows.
• Contribute to the analytics academy to help foster and grow the data analytics community within Sun Life.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, including expertise in SQL, Python/PySpark, and AWS Stack technologies.
• Strong experience with BI tools like Tableau and QuickSight, and the capability to learn tools like Adobe Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• A Bachelor's degree in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field, with a Master's degree preferred.

Additional Requirement:

The ideal candidate will need to obtain a Canadian Reliability Security Clearance, which includes a minimum 5-year history check conducted by the RCMP.
