About the Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Data Analyst for our Core Product team, who will leverage quantitative insights to drive product efficiency and innovation. Collaborate with product managers and developers to hone our fiat product features, guiding OKX toward pioneering success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the team by utilizing data to optimize fiat product features for OKX.
• Collaborating directly with our core product team to identify needs, propose solutions, execute, and communicate insights.
• Applying experience in data analysis and A/B testing to enhance product performance.
• Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills using data analytical tools and methodologies.

What We Look For In You

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and data science.
• A proactive mindset with effective coordination skills across departments to solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with product analytics solutions and event-based analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant analytics/ML libraries.
• Ability to apply statistical analysis and data mining methods.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain innovations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate insights into actionable plans.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in building or analyzing AML and TMS models.
• Background in anti-fraud and risk management.
