Your role involves much more than just data collection and analysis. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting statistical analysis to forecast trends and using visualization tools like Tableau for clear data presentation.
• Implementing real-time analytics to discover proactive opportunities that assist our customers in making smart financial decisions.
• Designing and tweaking algorithms to analyze customer behavior over time, aiding in strategic planning.
• Enhancing team methods through robust hypothesis testing, data transformation, and report generation in collaboration with developers.
• Guiding and elevating team capabilities while fostering strong relationships with business leaders to drive a new perspective on problem-solving through data.

Skills Needed to Win:

We’re looking for a seasoned professional with:

• Over 5 years of experience in leading analytical projects to influence business outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other scripting languages.
• A knack for translating complex datasets into actionable insights.
• An exceptional problem-solving drive, ensuring issues are fully resolved with data-backed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Hands-on experience with Tableau and other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of web analytics, Google Analytics, and optimization testing.
• Experience in leveraging data for impactful marketing strategies.

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000/year* + Profit Sharing + Benefits
*Salary varies based on skill level and experience
