The Role: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our Crossix Data Platform team. This position will own data analysis and quality checks to maintain the high standards of our Crossix Data Hub—a central big data repository designed to meet Crossix's business needs in terms of throughput and data quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone excited about building high-quality data products and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to achieve successful execution.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute user acceptance testing for Crossix DataHub, including functional checks and data quality checks.
• Create and manage dashboards to track data KPIs such as volumes, breakdowns, trends, and platform throughput.
• Provide 2nd level support to production issues and participate in investigating data problems.
• Act as a liaison between Analysts, Product Management, and Development teams to ensure our data products are built and delivered with quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, ensuring it meets high-quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role.
• Proven ability to work independently on analyses, demonstrating an understanding of the underlying data and business questions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience investigating data issues, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or a related field emphasizing statistical and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and quick learner with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity and experience with the healthcare industry.
• Experience working on big data platforms.
• Good knowledge of JIRA.
