What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

• Dive deep into business metrics, elucidating the 'why' behind shifts and trends.
• Partner with stakeholders to secure essential data and deliver actionable insights.
• Champion the use of self-service analytics tools within the company.
• Adopt a scientific methodology to decision-making processes to reduce bias.
• Collaborate with various team leaders to propel forward LeafLink’s thought leadership in the Cannabis Data field.
• Manage extensive projects independently, from conceptualization to execution.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Your technical expertise and professional background should include:

• At least 3 years in analytical or consulting roles with significant analytical components.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
• Background in modeling and analysis with dbt, and familiarity with Python or R.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative work environment.
