Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst at Gravie, you will develop and implement analytics across multiple facets of our business including Underwriting, Finance, Customer Experience, and Clinical operations. Your expert analysis will uncover new opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance the overall experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze trends across diverse data sets to influence strategic decisions.
• Design and execute ad hoc reports using SQL, Python, and R, making the complex understandable.
• Translate data narratives to non-technical stakeholders to drive business actions.
• Ensure the reliability of your data outputs with rigorous quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members across functions to deliver impactful insights and solutions.
• Mentor peers in analytical best practices and decision-making based on data.

What We Look For

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably within healthcare.
• Proven expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to emerging challenges with innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for distilling complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
