Job Description

Role Summary

The GIA Data Analyst is pivotal in supporting our audits, monitoring risks, and delivering data analytics to Experian’s senior stakeholders. This role involves comprehensive data handling tasks, ranging from understanding and extracting data from various systems to creating impactful visual analytics for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct scripts and queries for data analytics to aid the Internal Audit function
• Collaborate with colleagues across Global Internal Audit for planning and executing data analytics
• Develop and implement data visualization and dashboard solutions based on audit team inputs
• Document systems and data sets within the data analytics library for reference and future utilization
• Facilitate knowledge transfer related to data and systems within the Internal Audit team

Qualifications

• Degree in a technically focused subject area
• Extensive experience with data analytics tools like Alteryx, SAS, or Python
• Proficiency in BI/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in Internal Audit will be advantageous
• Strong capability in delivering high-quality data analytics and excellent communication skills
