Senior Growth Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to support our Personal and Business growth functions, aiming to enhance our customer communication strategies. The ideal candidate should be deeply passionate about our mission of "Money Without Borders" to make a critical impact. Your collaboration with various marketing channels will be vital in providing data-driven insights and recommendations based on experimentation.

In this role, you will access a rich dataset of over 16 million customers to uncover insights and develop tools to optimize our marketing efforts. You'll have the opportunity to drive and build data products and tools that measure, optimize, and scale our marketing activities for both businesses and personal customers.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing:

• Be a key member of the growth marketing data analytics team, collaborating with various channels and marketing leads to identify and analyze growth areas.
• Take ownership of Business Marketing measurement by collaborating with your team to measure performance and find opportunities to scale.
• Explore and assess novel marketing channels to drive growth.
• Collaborate with product teams and analysts to enhance marketing efforts, leveraging product features to unlock growth opportunities.
• Work with marketing analysts to refine and optimize each marketing channel individually.
• Engage in data analytics projects, such as segmentation models and lifetime value assessments, to find ideal customer profiles and evaluate marketing activity profitability.

Qualifications

A bit about you:

• Experience in analytics roles, preferably with a growth or consultancy focus.
• Background in fintech or a similar high-growth industry.
• Proficient in complex data models in SQL, with experience in Snowflake, advanced SQL/Python/R.
• Ability to interpret data and provide strategic guidance based on insights.
• Familiarity with cause-and-effect models and segmentation techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and work with marketing teams and partners.
• Consideration for lower experience levels as an Analyst based on interview performance.
