Job Summary

Katalon is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to enhance our Growth team. This pivotal role involves conducting in-depth data analysis aimed at boosting revenue growth across the customer journey. Your expertise will help shape our product onboarding process and improve our end-user engagement to increase retention and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data analysis to uncover trends and insights for revenue growth.
• Apply analytics to influence the product onboarding process and enhance user experience.
• Maintain critical metrics and dashboards using our advanced BI systems.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate operations and product data for holistic analysis.
• Partner with various teams to develop models predicting customer health and lead quality.
• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to both Growth and Product teams.
• Effectively communicate analytical findings across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of data analysis experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and various data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities with the flair to address both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven capability in managing BI systems and developing dashboards.
• Team-oriented approach with experience working in cross-functional settings.
