What You'll Do

• Interpret healthcare and medical data from clients, identifying strategies to address pain points and deliver business value within the healthcare sector.
• Conduct data exploration, analysis, and automate data cleaning tasks, handling datasets such as clinical trial data, patient records, and other medical information.
• Collaborate with the data science and product teams to derive meaningful insights from client data.

Who You Are

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., biomedical engineering, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical technology).
• Have 1-3+ years of experience with a premier pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare research organization.
• Proficient in handling healthcare data, including clinical trial and patient data, or medical records.
• Experienced in Python (Pandas) and familiar with healthcare-specific data analysis tools and software.
• Skilled in understanding, interpreting, and defining relationships within healthcare data.
• Able to manage projects from understanding business objectives to data exploration, identification, and validation in a healthcare setting.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare data scientists, medical researchers, data engineers, and product managers.
• Entrepreneurial and driven, eager to be part of a fast-growing healthcare technology company.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to the healthcare industry.
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) relevant to medical and clinical texts.
• Preferably, have startup experience in the healthcare sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Python and machine learning, especially related to healthcare NLP.
• A strong ability to generate insights from healthcare data and lead teams in a healthcare environment.
