RP is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and support a federal organization. This role is crucial in providing data analytics to enhance the OAI Program or other Board processes. Note that this position is contingent upon award.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, data mining, and reporting, as well as program development for designated content areas.
• Utilize standard data collection tools and statistical methods to analyze data.
• Plan and execute various extensive data collection methods, employing advanced sampling techniques.
• Design and implement significant statistical methodological studies and continuous studies employing established statistical methods.
• Prepare study results and data requests for appropriate audiences; present findings using written reports, graphs, charts, tables, and other summaries.
• Assist in drafting policies and procedures for accuracy rate calculations or case review error checks.
• Ensure that the OAI Program involves multiple officials in the calculation process, thoroughly documents monthly and fiscal year accuracy rates, and manages related error data.
• Generate reports and monitor how Veteran Law Judges incorporate feedback from the case review process, ensuring errors are corrected and data informs decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs
