About The Role: Senior Data Analyst

The Spring Health data team consists of specialized embedded analysts who work across various teams to provide high-impact analytics support. As a member of our embedded analyst team, you will rotate across several teams on a quarterly basis, working on projects that drive our business forward. Your role will involve building context on problems, understanding available data, and delivering data products that add value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work with various business units to identify and scope their needs, defining what success looks like
• Analyze different data sources and develop creative solutions based on stakeholder needs
• Deliver analyses and dashboards that help stakeholders make informed decisions
• Collaborate with the business intelligence and data engineering teams to build required data pipelines
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and operations within Spring Health’s business context

Success in This Role Looks Like

• Reduction in time teams spend on manual data extraction
• Creation of dashboards and analyses that deliver ongoing value, measured by user engagement
• Enablement of teams to achieve their KPIs through effective data tools and analyses
• Contribution to our foundational data model by adding relevant fields and tables

What We Expect From You

• Passion for transforming mental health care and alignment with Spring Health’s mission
• 5+ years of experience with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools
• Strong user empathy and the ability to translate stakeholder issues into actionable solutions
• Expertise in SQL, with familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently with executive-level team members
• Proactive management of priorities and dependencies
• Comfort navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches

The target base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,850, inclusive of a competitive total rewards package featuring stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other considerations. We review compensation programs annually to ensure competitive and fair pay.
