## Senior Product Analyst – Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Product Analyst to join our team and support our mission of "Money Without Borders." In this role, you'll collaborate with our operational teams to drive data-driven decisions that will help scale and optimize our fast-growing products.

As a Senior Product Analyst with our KYC Experience team, you'll improve customer KYC (Know Your Customer) experiences, reduce fraudulent activities, and verify customer identities on a large scale. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and fellow analysts to transform your insights into tangible improvements for our customers.

The KYC squad aims to build a sustainable and scalable KYC product, positioning Wise to reach mission zero.

### Your Mission

Maximize your team's impact by using data insights to help them make the best decisions for our customers. You'll be responsible for:

• Supporting product leadership by providing critical information to assess the KYC function's operational health.
• Tracking performance and identifying optimization opportunities for key strategic initiatives.
• Implementing the product KPI tree and team target-setting framework in pipelines and reporting.
• Providing in-depth analysis on product metrics and measuring their impact on customers.
