About DECA Games

We believe that games should endure for decades, but many are abandoned despite a fervent community pleading for their survival. DECA excels in taking over games from previous developers and revitalizing them for many more years of enjoyment. Where other studios dismiss an old game, we see a captivating range of challenges to overcome and a vast opportunity.

DECA is a remote-based company employing over 300 people across more than 30 countries worldwide. DECA is also a division of the Embracer Group, Europe's largest publicly-traded gaming company.

About our culture

We have managed to retain the ambience of a smaller company while having the stability and resources of a much larger entity. We wholly believe in the flexibility brought by a remote workplace.
