  • Enable swift decision-making through ad hoc tasks or by democratizing data/self-service (efficient BI or user-friendly explorations in Looker in conjunction with our analytics engineers)

  • Apply your data expertise to minimize ambiguity and solve issues

  • Mentor other analysts and assist them in their professional growth

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, people, or manufacturing analytics or data science, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Robust sense of autonomy and responsibility

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical abilities

Bonus Points For

  • Practical experience in workforce analytics, especially with organizations managing extensive international teams

  • Interest in working and expanding your knowledge in an early-stage company where some basics are still being developed

  • Experience with capacity planning and modeling

  • Significant customer empathy, especially towards dentists

  • Experience with Looker, Hex, and DBT
