Job Location: HYBRID - Columbia, MD or Chicago, IL.

Opportunity at a Glance:

As a vital member of our Digital Center of Excellence, the Senior Data Analyst in Enrollment will liaise with premier marketing and enrollment figures, conducting pivotal performance analysis across our Chamberlain University's enrollment strategies. This role involves the creation of reporting tools, generating trusted data and visualizations, and delivering key insights. Note: This position does not sponsor work visas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine insightful dashboards and visualizations.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and enrollment leadership to establish success criteria aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure the relevance and alignment of KPIs; suggest improved metrics mirroring business evolution.
  • Guarantee data accuracy and cleanliness in collaboration with the business intelligence team.
  • Present analytical insights to senior leadership, framing data stories comprehensively.
  • Standardize insight methods across business units, tailoring to specific needs without compromising consistency.
  • Leverage automated tools to minimize ad-hoc data requests, whilst supporting those as necessary.
  • Execute SQL or Big Query to craft reports and undertake ad-hoc data functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Computer Sciences, Math or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a data-driven analytical role, preferably within marketing or sales analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is essential.
  • Competence in SQL/Big Query and data extraction from complex data lakes is a must; Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate both technical and non-technical information.
  • Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a matrixed environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

The annual salary range for this position is $51,962 - $93,918, adapted based on suitable job-related factors. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement program with 6% employer match, Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy, and 12 paid holidays.
