Job Description

Join our Digital Center of Excellence as a Senior Data Analyst in Enrollment, where you'll drive success through data-driven insights and analytics. This pivotal role partners with senior leaders in marketing and enrollment to develop key performance indicators and enhance decision-making through robust, self-service reporting tools and effective data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy data dashboards and visualizations that support strategic decisions across the organization.
  • Collaboratively establish success metrics aligned with Adtalem’s goals.
  • Advance our data governance in partnership with the business intelligence team, ensuring data integrity and cleanliness that stakeholders can trust.
  • Deliver compelling data stories to a spectrum of audiences, from top management to operational teams.
  • Enhance business efficiency through the development of automated solutions, reducing the dependency on ad-hoc data requests.
  • Engage in strategic discussions, providing data-driven insights to achieve business targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics capacity, ideally within marketing and sales analytics.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and proficiency in SQL/Big Query and Python.
  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Employment Type

Depending on your location, enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work setup. This role requires office presence in Columbia, MD, or Chicago, IL three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), with remote work the remaining days.

Salary and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is between $51,962 and $93,918, adaptable based on experience and other lawful considerations.
