Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytics methodologies.
• Create queries, dashboards, and reports from complex datasets.
• Collaborate on advanced analytics projects that tackle business problems on a large scale.
• Lead projects from initial requirements to deployment, including data gathering and user testing.
• Implement best practices for knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Create action plans to address data-related issues and improve data quality.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering).
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with ML model building and deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python.
• Experience with large codebases.
• Expertise with tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
• Solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey business concepts and data findings.
• Attention to detail and high professional integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate Real Estate knowledge.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, App Engine).
• Proven track record of deriving business value from large datasets.
