Job Description

• You will be responsible for the aggregation & correlation of various customer data and data sources
• From the multi-dimensional data, you will develop target insights for our sales team and key stakeholders
• You will identify new areas of growth using data, making Stepstone even more successful
• You will create visualizations and master essential parameters to process and simultaneously reduce to the essentials
• Based on your analyses, you will create a profound knowledge transfer, bringing together sales, service, and customer perspectives
• You will take responsibility for performance and B2B marketing dashboards
• You will be an important input provider and sparring partner for our diverse analysis and BI teams

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics, business informatics or a comparable education is desirable, but not a must-have
• At least 4 years of professional experience with visualization platforms, Power BI and/or Tableau is an advantage
• Profound understanding of data with the absolute will to make companies and people more successful
• Deep knowledge of data structures and databases (MySQL)
• Ideally, you have knowledge of Python, SQL & Sales Force
• Ability to translate complex results & insights into business language
