Are you driven by a passion to create change and foster an inclusive society? We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst, who will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission. Reporting to the Associate Director of Analytics, this role is perfect for someone who merges curiosity with analytical prowess to reveal the insights behind the data.

What You Will Do

The Senior Data Analyst will:

• Collaborate with business teams to define success metrics and measurable goals aligned with our organizational objectives.
• Work alongside internal teams and external vendors to boost the effectiveness of initiatives through expert analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and optimization areas.
• Assess the influence of customer/donor behavior to uncover enhancement opportunities in products, partnerships, and donor engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing and develop ad hoc reports that steer campaign strategies and future developments.
• Work with both paid and organic marketing teams to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Create and refine reports and dashboards, focusing on insights into donor behavior, partnership performance, and the impact of marketing campaigns.
• Present findings to leadership, providing actionable insights through clear and compelling narratives.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in diverse analytical roles across marketing, product development, fundraising, or partnerships.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Experience designing A/B tests and performing statistical analysis on the results.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Looker.
• A deep commitment to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of dbt and ETL processes.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R.
• Experience in handling fundraising data in a nonprofit setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

The Senior Data Analyst position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance wellness for you and your family.
