About the Opportunity

Our digital transformation is well underway, but there's more to do! We invite you to join this exciting journey as a Senior Data Analyst in our ALM (Liquor) division. The Data and Insights team operates at the nexus of business, IT, and external vendors. Our mission is to be valued business partners and advisors, deeply understanding strategic business objectives, providing insights that solve problems, uncover opportunities, and reveal market trends. We translate technical and business requirements into modern reporting solutions that drive successful business decisions and innovative ideas.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coach one direct report (Data Analyst).
  • Collaborate with IT data and business teams to translate and document technical and business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Build and maintain robust data models for analysis and reporting, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Perform reconciliation and user acceptance testing for newly developed assets, ensuring completeness and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that communicate performance, trends, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of data analytics products and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Business Data and Insights Manager to build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in project management analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools.

  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, including DAX (enterprise level).
  • Proficiency in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to perform in a complex and evolving environment.
  • Strong proficiency in managing priorities independently and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
