Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Senior Data Analyst to enhance our data-driven strategies and support our upcoming game launch. In this role, you will be pivotal in turning complex data sets into insights and strategies that will shape the future of gaming at 1047 Games.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and Anticipate Stakeholder Requests: Work closely with teams such as marketing, development, and finance to translate business needs into analytical projects.

Create Interactive Dashboards: Use Looker to build intuitive dashboards that convey complex data in a comprehensible manner.

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Dive deep into gaming metrics and player behavior to unearth trends and opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with Data Engineering: Ensure the integrity of data collection and storage with our data engineering team.

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Join forces with various teams to tackle intricate business challenges through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest trends in data analytics to continuously refine our methodologies and processes.

Requirements for Success

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in data analytics roles, specifically within the gaming industry. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI are crucial. Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a profound passion for gaming will set you apart.
