Job Summary

Join our innovative Sales Operations team as a Senior Lead Data Analyst. You will play an integral role in achieving our business data and reporting goals. Your main responsibilities will involve managing Sales Operations data flow to and from the data warehouse, ensuring continuous data quality control. If you have a technical background coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, we want you on our team!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders and self-initiated inquiries, focusing on business performance drivers
  • Interact with the IT team to understand information storage, modeling, and tagging
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data interpretation to support decision-making
  • Identify and solve complex data-related challenges using innovative solutions

Primary Skills & Requirements

  • Over 6 years of proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Technical expertise in data lakes, data models, data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence
  • Strong knowledge of ETL and experience with various tech stacks such as SQL Service Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, Alteryx Designer and Server Excel, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to gather diagnostic information to clarify situations, seek information from appropriate sources, and use skillful questioning techniques
  • Experience in querying, report writing, and presenting findings
