Job Purpose and Impact

As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate within a cross-functional team to transform business outcomes into refined requirements, data models, and data transformation documentation for developing sophisticated reporting and analytical solutions. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams on business group, enterprise, and global levels to deliver analytical solutions meeting business needs. You will enhance the organization's focus on insights by maximizing the value of our data and digital core investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define scope and objectives to drive business decisions.
• Translate business needs into concrete data requirements through data mapping, translation documentation, and defining data profile and quality minimums as well as specific transformation and calculation logic.
• Work with large datasets to profile, scope, and validate data completeness and quality.
• Build and maintain product-level data models and supporting documentation, leveraging company or business-level domain models as appropriate.
• Lead and support business teams through data validation and sign-off processes during testing activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin or ER/Studio.
• Ability to work with large datasets through data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation techniques.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and optimization.
