Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Scenario Planning to become part of our team. The Senior Data Analyst will serve our federal government client. The prospective candidate should have a potent background in data science, machine learning, and/or business analytics, and exhibit an ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

  • The candidate will assist a federal client in developing and enhancing a decision support scenario planning tool for federal workforce planning.
  • Experience is required in creating scenario and agent-based modeling, specifically Monte Carlo simulation, using R.
  • Experience in Python programming is necessary to evolve and distribute the results. Knowledge of Power BI tools is advantageous.
  • The candidate will develop and refine the tools, collaborate with clients to identify and incorporate pertinent data into future scenarios including workforce and financial data. The data analyst will forecast and analyze trends, metrics, and performance measurements.
  • The tool will be refined by the candidate, adding data and more parameters, and strategizing methods to share results with decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in engineering, data analytics, mathematics, or a related STEM field is required.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is expected.
  • Potent analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Experience in data analysis and modeling is necessary.
  • Expertise in R and Python programming is indispensable.
  • Experience with human capital, workforce-related topics is preferred.
  • Previous experience with NASA or analogous federal agencies is advantageous.

Additional Information

Pay: Starting from $110,000.00 per year.
