We are on the hunt for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team. The Senior Data Analyst will be accountable for performing robust and inclusive analysis of data sets, building business intelligence dashboards, and supporting business stakeholders across the company. This role reports to the Data Analytics Manager.

Tasks in your role include:
Conduct an in-depth analysis of large, complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to business stakeholders. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision making. Collaborate with the Data Analytics Manager to create and manage an analysis request backlog. Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations for business cases.
Ensure data governance and data quality by developing and maintaining standardized data definition.
Communicate findings and recommendations through compelling data storytelling and visualization.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business queries and identify trends and opportunities.
Record analytical methods and findings, including data definitions, sources, assumptions, limitations, and recommendations.
To qualify for the role:
You need to have at least 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, including experience building business intelligence dashboards. Demonstrable experience with SQL (preferably Snowflake) and business intelligence tools (Preset, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI). Good knowledge of DBT and Python for data transformation, modeling, and analysis. You need working knowledge of Jira and a collaborative notebook. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent data storytelling and data visualization skills. Professional fluency in English.
Additional desired experience:
Experience in product analytics or digital marketing analytics in SaaS/Marketplace companies.
