About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be crucial in extracting meaningful insights and crafting solutions that influence future generations. Your responsibilities extend beyond mere data collection and analysis. You will make data actionable for business leaders, transforming insights into strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis to predict trends and leverage data visualization tools like Tableau for clear, comprehensible data representations
• Use real-time analytics to identify actionable insights, aiding customers in making informed spending and saving decisions
• Create algorithms (e.g., time series) to track customer habits over time, driving business objectives forward
• Support experimentation and optimization through data-driven hypothesis creation, testing, and result analysis
• Collaborate with developers to transform and organize data into practical models and self-service reports
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other analysts, elevating team standards and brainstorming innovative solutions
• Build strong partnerships with business decision-makers, advocating for data-centric problem-solving approaches

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in driving analytics initiatives with tangible business impact
• Proficient in SQL and scripting languages such as Python and R
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Exceptional problem-solving passion and a data-backed approach
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
• Knowledge of web analytics and Google Analytics toolset
• Expertise in optimization testing

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range dependent on skill level and experience
