Position Overview:

At Penske, our Digital Experience team is on the lookout for a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to enhance our analytics capabilities. This role involves developing and maintaining complex mathematical models, executing statistical analysis, and optimizing data-driven decision-making processes across diverse projects.

Located at our tranquil corporate offices in Reading, Pennsylvania, this position provides the perfect blend of a scenic country setting and easy access, complete with ample free parking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced data exploration techniques to manage data from disparate sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy for business analytics.
• Create detailed data reports using statistical methods, providing critical insights and visualizations to guide business decisions.
• Maintain and innovate on existing statistical algorithms, reporting systems, and visualization tools to support operational monitoring and strategic initiatives.
• Effectively communicate analytical findings and collaborate with various teams to support data-driven projects across the organization.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests and contribute to various projects as directed by management.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, or 3 years with a Master's, or 1 year with a PhD in relevant fields.
• Solid foundation in programming with experience in SQL, Python or PySpark.
• Extensive expertise in using analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, QlikView, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
