Role Overview: Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst in our New Developments team, you will drive data-driven decisions by collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data sets to answer key questions and resolve complex problems. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of Data & Analytics Delivery, you will deliver immediate and interim solutions while developing, enhancing, and delivering strategic data products in conjunction with SEO (Systems, Engineering, and Operations) and CDO (Chief Data Office).

In this pivotal role, you will also enhance data literacy across the New Developments team through direct engagement and advisory services to stakeholders.

Requirements for Success

If this position excites you, it's likely that you have a robust analytical background with experience in data analysis or IT solution delivery. You should be adept at working within cross-functional teams that handle complex legal, regulatory, and governance requirements. Key skills include relational database design principles, query optimization, and extensive experience with data querying languages such as Python and SQL. Expertise with tools like Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI is essential.

Strong communication skills and the ability to use data effectively to craft narratives are crucial. You should be proficient in building relationships with stakeholders, aligning decision-making, and driving successful business outcomes. Additionally, you'll exhibit exceptional domain management and governance experience, able to liaise across multiple organizational functions.

Your curiosity and critical thinking, coupled with excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, will be vital to your success in this role.
