Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Analyst/Data Visualization Specialist to join our Madrid office. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact within our fast-paced and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise directly with Business Stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of Data Analytics solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Transform complex business requirements into analytical data models and visualize these through intuitive Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, dashboards, and visualizations tailored for business use cases.
• Facilitate Power BI training sessions for end users, enabling efficient data exploration and ad-hoc analysis.
• Assume primary responsibility for the documentation of technical solutions and support QA Engineers during the system integration testing phase.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues in the production environment and enhance existing Data Analytics assets.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in Data Analysis, SQL Programming, and Microsoft Power BI (including Power Query M, DAX, and dataset modeling).
• Robust experience in relational database and dimensional modeling, with a knack for crafting user-centric analytical solutions.
• Fluency in English with excellent teamwork and project delivery skills.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Analytics/Data Visualization, preferably with exposure in Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Asset Portfolio Management.
