Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Senior Data Analyst/Tableau Specialist to enrich our decentralized analytics team. This is an 8-month fixed-term contract (FTC) where you will be instrumental in developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced reporting systems and dashboards.

Your role will involve close interaction with stakeholders to accurately gather requirements and effectively communicate with our broader Data & Analytics teams to meet business demands. A significant aspect of your job will be to manage and prioritize the technical delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Essential Skills and Experience

Proficiency in Tableau is crucial for this role, with site admin level knowledge highly preferred. You should have:

• A strong background in data visualisation and analysis.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• At least 5 years of experience with data modeling and visualization techniques.
• Advanced skills in SQL and report generation via Tableau.
• Capability to manage multiple data pipelines and deliver comprehensive senior management reporting.
• Strong analytical prowess and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving valuable business insights.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively influence stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields is required. A relevant master’s degree and proficiency in Python would be advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate extensively across teams and departments to identify and refine data requirements.
• Support and guide analysts within the reporting framework.
• Cultivate a knowledge-sharing platform to enhance data literacy across the company.
• Oversee the governance of dashboard lifecycle processes and manage migration strategies for new reporting solutions.
• Handle license management tasks, including the onboarding and offboarding of data analysts.
