HcP initiated its belt assembly in a leased building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP had a grand inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which enabled not only an increase in production depth but also the facilitation of the assembly of this high-tech product's push belt. The production of the second component (loop-set) for its push belt began on 3rd July 2012 at HcP, marking a significant milestone. Since November 2012, HcP has doubled the production floor space and increased the net total floor space up to 56,000 m². It also successfully increased its production capacity and realized numerous new line standard operating procedures.

Job Description

The person will be responsible for HcP's data ecosystem, which includes data sources, databases, data storage solutions, data transportation, and transformation, among other duties. 

• Design, create and sustain our data warehouse and analytics environment.
• Execute ETL/ELT operations and administer data and systems securely and in compliance with enterprise data governance standards.
• Maintain and monitor data pipelines proactively to guarantee high service availability.
• Construct dashboards/reports and data visualizations, using data from the data warehouse and other sources.
• Collaborate closely with data consumers within the business to gather and populate the data warehouse table structure optimized for reporting.
• Ensure excellent 24x7 operation of the data system as per Service Level Agreement.
• Perform additional responsibilities, tasks, and projects as assigned by the Group leader.

Qualifications

1. Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Information Systems.
• Proficient in English

2. Work experience

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data engineer.

3. Skills and Traits

• Proficient experience in data architecture design (data warehouse, data lake), DBMS for Oracle/ MS SQL/ MongoDB.
• In-depth experience in designing and developing data migration, data integration solutions, designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining secure, stable, and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience in developing dashboard/report using PowerBI, operating, maintaining MLOps is a plus.
• Experience with Message broker/event queue technologies (e.g., Kafka) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python for data ingestion, cleaning, manipulation, and analysis, and SQL for data processing.
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and other code versioning tools. 
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Experience in Hadoop Ecosystem and its components (e.g., Hue, HDFS, Sqoop, Hive…)
• Experience with Azure Cloud and its components (such as Blob Storage, Databricks …), Machine Learning, AI is a bonus. 
• Effective communication in English & Vietnamese (speaking, listening, reading & writing).
