Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Align with the AI Program Manager to understand AI-driven business use cases.
- Prioritize data needs based on potential business value and feasibility.
- Coordinate data requirements among various stakeholders and teams.
- Act as a facilitator for the AI Program.
- Participate in the AI Program Governance committee to address data-related issues.
Use Case Delivery:
- Identify relevant data sources and owners within and outside the organization.
- Facilitate sample data for AI use cases (Minimum Viable Product).
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy policies.
- Address data quality issues and coordinate remediation efforts.
- Promote standards and best practices developed by Ferrovial.
- Recommend data platform enhancements to better manage AI use cases.
- Stay updated on market trends and propose adoption when suitable.
Roll Out:
- Participate in the industrialization phase of AI projects.
- Define data needs, resources, and budget for each use case.
- Coordinate stakeholders and system integrators to automate data access.
- Measure data value contribution to each AI use case.
Requirements:
- Strategic mindset to analyze the business value of each use case.
- At least 5 years of experience leading data teams in AI contexts.
- Minimum 1 year of involvement in Gen AI Use cases.
- Strong understanding of stakeholders' needs and ability to align visions.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical data requirements.
- Experience coordinating multiple data teams (internal and external).
- Proven negotiation skills with partners and system integrators.
- Budget and progress management experience across multiple initiatives.
- Deep understanding of data security and privacy rules.
- Technical expertise in data & AI architectures on Azure.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills across organizational levels.
- Fluency in English (C2 level) or native proficiency.
