The Role: Senior Manager Transformation Data Enablement

As a Senior Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping the strategy, development, and implementation of Data Enablement within the Allianz Australia Enterprise Transformation program. Reporting to the Head of Transformation-Data, you will work closely with both our Centre of Excellence and Divisional Stakeholders to champion a seamless integration of cutting-edge data practices within our operations.

You will:

• Develop and deploy comprehensive data strategies incorporating Process Mining, Data Governance, Artificial Intelligence, and more.
• Ensure alignment with Allianz’s global standards and best practices.
• Lead innovative projects to elevate our data enablement methodologies.
• Set benchmarks for excellence and guide continuous improvement.
• Build and mentor a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

About You

You are a seasoned leader with extensive experience in Data Enablement, eager to drive change and deliver outstanding results. Your expertise spans various domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance, and Knowledge Management.

• Proven track record in leading data-focused teams and projects.
• Deep understanding of data trends and technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
