Job Description

Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Data Reporting Analyst (all genders) to join our People Analytics team, creating amazing experiences and fostering data-driven decisions.

About the Team

Our People Analytics team is responsible for:

• People Data Infrastructure & Architecture: Designing, building, and maintaining the data warehouse architecture (AWS or BigQuery). Enhancing analytic capabilities by integrating new IT systems while ensuring data privacy compliance.
• Reporting: Defining People KPIs and standardizing methodologies across local teams. Building automated solutions in Tableau (or other BI tools) for people data reporting and visualization, while training users for improved adoption and customer experience.
• Advanced Analytics & Data Science: Interpreting meaningful data patterns, producing statistically robust insights, and recommending better decision-making strategies. Developing data science models to support confident leadership decisions.

Position Highlights

As a Senior Data Reporting Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with local People Analytics teams to globalize key metrics and ensure a single source of truth.
• Gather requirements from CHROs, local teams, and people partners, transforming them into actionable plans.
• Co-own the People data domain and serve as the primary contact for CHROs regarding people data.

Stakeholders

This role involves working closely with People Analytics teams, CHROs, P&C leaders, People Partners, and Senior Leaders.

By harmonizing P&C’s decision-making through globalized metrics, you will enable a single source of truth, facilitating effective decision-making.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar (People) data-driven role.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven experience with Tableau and storytelling capabilities.
• Advanced SQL skills and data pipeline knowledge.
• Strong data visualization skills, creating engaging ways to present People data.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Fundamental understanding of statistics and basic principles of data analysis.
