With a flexible 40/60 hybrid work model, our position perfectly blends in-office collaboration with the convenience of remote work. You'll spend at least 40% of your time at our Zurich office to foster team spirit, with the remaining 60% working from the comfort of your home within Switzerland, plus up to 20 days per year internationally. Please note, this position requires regular office attendance, and we are unable to provide relocation or visa assistance.

About the Role

As a Senior Data Science Engineer, you'll be instrumental in turning raw data into actionable insights and systems. You’ll craft algorithms, perform statistical analysis, and align data systems with our business objectives. Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing and organizing raw data
• Building data systems and pipelines
• Evaluating business objectives
• Interpreting trends and patterns
• Conducting complex data analysis and reporting results

Who You Are

We're looking for candidates with a strong background in Data Science or Engineering, along with:

• Experience in Data Engineering or a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in software engineering, and experience with machine learning, data mining, and analytics
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Scala, Python
