As a member of the Data Science team, you will tackle significant projects, developing meaningful data insights from large salary groupings. Your contributions will define data pipelines, statistical techniques, and machine learning approaches. Responsibilities

• Solve real-world problems using Data Science and statistical techniques
• Implement functionality for both internal and external customers
• Design, build, and maintain data sets
• Clean and model data
• Perform feature engineering and extraction
• Build end-to-end data and machine learning pipelines
• Conduct reproducible research
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and other functions to deliver algorithmic solutions
• Apply software engineering practices in research and code infrastructure
• Produce high-quality, maintainable code and research outputs

Requirements

• High proficiency in Python and its data science stack
• Experience in data/backend engineering, ideally in production environments (3+ years) (Mid/Senior Level role)
• Hands-on experience (2+ years) in implementing research and algorithms in Python, with a focus on information retrieval, text processing, NLP, and machine learning
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in both written and verbal form
• Ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Strong skill set in statistical methods and data handling with Python (preferably Pandas)
• Independent thinker capable of solving problems autonomously
